Returns Policy

Our aim is to have happy, satisfied customers, if anything is wrong with your order or you change your mind please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help. We will gladly refund or exchange items based on the following conditions:

Returns

If you wish to return your product please contact us by email at storkandswanboutique@gmail.com we shall provide you with a return document to enable quick processing of your return. 

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at storkandswanboutique@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at storkandswanboutique@gmail.com for the return documentation.

If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong items the return postage is on us. If you have ordered the incorrect item or have changed your mind then you will need to pay for the return postage, in these instances the postage costs are non-refundable.
